"The staff are very nice but the lobby is very small so when they have large groups checking in all at once, they really should pre check them with one person or take them to a separate area. The entire tiny lobby was crowded with no room to get to the elevators or for anyone else to check in. I waited over 45 minutes even though I had checked in on my phone prior to arrival. The room is small but decent. And the staff are friendly and welcoming "

"Great location! Staff was very nice, hotel was clean and room was quiet and updated. The bathroom had. Fantastic ledge under the mirror that made for lots of “counter space” which was awesome. "

"Didn’t get greeted properly, it’s smell like pure weed by the entrance, the water of the pool was not clean, and just to go to the pool with the wheelchair we had to go through the kitchen because there was no entrance through the other two door for a wheelchair. "
