“The cottage was PERFECT! we enjoyed the porch swing, walks around the property with goats and chickens. The mermaid tub on the back porch is OUR favorite! The ranch hands there made sure our stay was perfect! Very friendly and accommodating. I cant say not one negative thing about our stay! The bed was comfortable, i had everything provided to allow me to cook, and evening fires were so much fun! If you dont stay here, you are missing out! We will be back!”

“We had an amazing stay! We are a family of 5 (2 teenagers and a tween) and really enjoyed the house. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Great location to go to different places around the area. Easy to get to San Marcos, San Antonio, New Braunfels, etc. It was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable!
