"I cannot fault the property or the pool and gardens. Everything was immaculate, extremely clean, tidy and beautifully looked after. The pool is a great size with very comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The owner’s son speaks good English and is very helpful if required. My only criticism is that I had to contact them the day before to ask about arrival information as I hadn’t heard from them (they live on site so are there to meet you). "Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"I cannot think of a better place to stay in old town Zadar. Apartments was great. Staff was wonderful and stayed up late for us despite our late arrival. The breakfast was free, made to order and fantastic! The apartment/hotel is located in the center of the old town. Main cathedral is visible from the windows. All sites in old town Zadar are within five/eight mins walk. "

A great start to our holiday
"We stayed just one night, as we arrived to Zadar very late after a delayed flight. The staff were very welcoming, the room was everything you expect, and the breakfast good. The highlight was lazing by the pool in the morning, and the fact the public bus stoped a short distance away, which meant we could effortlessly get in to tow or to the beach."
