"This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). It's all digital entry so no keys to worry about. I didn't realize it has a swimming pool and was surprised that it was open in April. "We really enjoyed our stay, well stocked and comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach, stores and restaurants. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is due to the strong pet urine smell at the bottom of the stairs at the entry. "
