“We stayed in New Buffalo on a road trip east. We needed a place to rest our heads & we really appreciated this hotel. We called ahead of time to let them know we’d be checking in quite late (we forgot there was a time change from where we were coming from to MI). They were accommodating. The only concern we had was that when we booked the hotel on Expedia, we chose ‘pay at the property’ & there were attempts on our card before we had arrived at the property. Other than that, no other complaints……

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house is adorable and has so much character. It was decorated beautifully, and we loved all of the thoughtful touches, like the record player, gumball machine, and the complimentary drinks and snacks. It made the space feel very welcoming and homey. The location was also great—just a short distance from the beach and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the traffic. The house sits on a corner, and there were quite a few semi-trucks……
