Entering the hotel is impressive, the lobby is beautiful. The staff is great, check-in and out was easy. There is a lovely bar & Japanese restaurant on site. Really appreciated the iced water in the lobby. No in-room safe, but there are safety deposit boxes available at the front desk. Only wish they had more electrical outlets near the beds. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay & we would return.

Loved the vibe and location!!!! Away from the noise, but a block away from Canal St. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The ambiance of the lobby and bar were lovely. Close to a lot of great restaurants (Café Fleur de Lis!), the aquarium, the Carnical cruise port and much more!!!

Property is beautiful and in a convenient location to walk just about anywhere you want to go downtown. Near bourbon street, French quarter and Jackson square, riverboat, cafe du monde and French market. Also close to Daisy Duke’s restaurant for a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast - early bird special was $7.99. We only had to drive to Mardi Gras World and Garden District but you can actually take the public transportation for the district. We’ll stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. And staff are all so nice and helpful.
