“Booked online friday afternoon for a king size for the same night. I get down the road from the hotel around 4 to find a message on my Expedia account saying they are sold out sorry. Turns out they werent sold out when I booked my room, they gave my room away to someone who walked in and didnt tell me until 4. So if your from out of town, you might want to call to make sure your room wasnt given away before you get there.”

“We arrived in the room to find water all over the floor. It appeared the toilet was leaking. We called the front desk to see if we could get a different room...but they were full. This is after we booked a King and they gave us a Queen. Then we waited an hour for a maintenance guy to confirm it was the tank leaking, not the wax ring....that took until after 11:00 PM. There were no other rooms available at nearby hotels. And they did not offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience. ……
