“Loved our stay!”

“This was a great stay. Suite was clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed (except coffee filters for a pot of coffee vs. the pods) Had some trouble receiving the code to the door, as my 20 year old email gets far more emails than can be managed on the road, I couldn't find my email with the code. I did however get the code with a simple phone call without too much hassle. The place was super cute and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay again if……

“Extremely kind hostess who personally cooked and served a high quality breakfast every morning. Swiss Family Robinson Room, on 4th level of a house on a hill, was beautiful and very comfortable, especially with windows open on cool October nights;”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“房間乾淨，環境整潔，交通方便，早餐也算豐富! 周邊走路就有好的餐廳及景點走走，值得推薦!”

“Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked. ”

“The hotel itself was great, and I love the museum theme. The room was comfortable, modern. and really nice. The weak spot was the staff. Everything from a front deck staff that seemed more interested in their computers than helping us, and valets who took 20-30 minutes to get our car. The biggest pain isn't the fault of the hotel but while they are a pet-friendly hotel, there isn't a single plot of grass anywhere within 10 blocks of the hotel. The staff was well aware telling us "there is no……

“it was not the best neighborhood and considering the front door had to be locked even during the day and staff would not say the room number out loud for security, and cars were broken into over night, wasnt the safest place I've ever stayed. the staff was all friendly and helpful.”

“Overall great experience, will book again”

“Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Only issue was that the window curtains were stuck so we slept with city lights. Notified front desk right after check-in and was told someone would check it out but they never did.”
