“Property nice but area a little sketchy”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked. ”

“The property was very clean when the entire time we were there. We did have to request a new too cover because the one we had had some weird stains on it. I did go to the front desk and ask for another one and the staff was super nice and gave me another one with no issues. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire stay. Even when we went to have breakfast they made sure the entire area stayed clean and stocked . We enjoyed our stay so much and will be staying again”

“Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!”

“Never Stay there again. Awful Customer Service, Plumbing issues, Gym had water leaks Amy garbage cans catching water..should have been closed, Room Service issues, and digital elevators suck , asked for late ck out for 1pm that was granted and then @ 12pm our key did not work. Crappy Place & Crappy People Customer Service !”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Breakfast is not included. Parking was another issue. Valet was $40. Only other option was to risk parking on a busy street lined with fraternity houses. Room and bed were amazing.”
