“The property and hotel were nice. We had a noon checkout time and had the maids knocking on our door at 8:45am wanting in to clean. They then stood outside the door in the hallway until we were out. Also they started cleaning/putting away the breakfast items before they were supposed to. Front desk just said they would notify management. Not ok in my book.”

“This hotel was excellent in regards of staff friendly helpfulness! We really enjoyed our stay here and would return. The hot breakfast item choices are very processed and it would be so nice to have a step up in quality in that area. This is probably a corporate directive, if so , shame on them. I’m sure the executives would want a better breakfast than they provide for their customers. We stayed in the Hampton inn in Williamstown Ky on this trip as well, same crappy egg stuff and fatty sausage……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“After shortly checking in, I noticed the floor in our room was wet and the wall was leaking water. I called the front desk and they had no other rooms to accommodate. I asked for a refund, since I booked third party they were unable to give a refund and we were stuck staying the night”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!”

“Breakfast is not included. Parking was another issue. Valet was $40. Only other option was to risk parking on a busy street lined with fraternity houses. Room and bed were amazing.”
