“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Location was great right in the heart of downtown, great restaurants in the area. The room was small. The robe that was provided had dirt marks on it wasn’t sure it had been washed. Amenities in the bathroom were not replenished. Room wasn’t cleaned on day two of our three day stay which was fine but on day three housekeeping walked in without knocking. The breakfast in the restaurant was fine but not anything to write home about. The staff in the restaurant were lovely.”

“I had a pretty good experience staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown. The location was great—very central to downtown and within walking distance of several lounges, bars, restaurants, and other attractions. The bistro restaurant inside the hotel was really good, especially the chicken! The staff throughout the hotel was also very friendly and welcoming. My only complaints were that the room could have been a little cleaner and a little bigger for the price, but it wasn’t……
