Had a great stay at the hotel. They kindly allowed me to check in 4 hours early, subject to room availability, which was extremely helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated that they offered free luggage storage after check-out. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant experience!

The room and location was excellent. Everything felt thoroughly clean. I have no complaints about this property, aside from significant noise at night coming from the outside. I would consider returning if I ever visit New York City.

There's a fridge on each floor. Bathrooms are shared, but they are cleaned several times a day and are almost always available. Perfect location for exploring Manhattan. Friendly and helpful staff. Can leave luggage before and after your stay (day of arrival and day of departure). This leaves you free to explore the city. The only issue was the constant street noise. The hotel is aware of this, and there are earplugs provided in the rooms. You can't be in this great location and not have traffic sounds all night long, so that's a trade-off.

Overall pretty good stay for the price!! Someone is always available at the desk. Great location with coffee, souvenir, and pizza shops near by. MSG and Time Square just a 15 minute walk away which is convenient if you’re going for a concert or sight seeing. I will say the bathrooms are a bit outdated and may not all look like the photos. They are shared amongst the other travelers but there are multiple bathrooms per floor, no issues with not being able to use one when needed. The rooms have their own sink which was nice and the beds very comfy. I will say you will definitely hear the city and traffic throughout the night but that is a given really anywhere in NYC. The doors to the rooms could be a bit better insulated as I was woken up a couple of time because of elevator traffic rather than street traffic.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is modest but clean, and the location is excellent—perfect for exploring Manhattan. I didn’t have breakfast because I always left early, although it would be nice if breakfast started a little earlier. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily stay here again.

The rooms are very clean. The hairdryer in the room was useful. The bathrooms were also very clean, could use more places to hang clothes and towels, though. The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was basic, but great if you’re in a rush to head out in the morning. Location is great, I felt safe while out on the street and while in the hotel and plenty of places to grab something to eat if you’re on a budget. It’s definitely very loud, though. You can clearly hear other guests/noise in the hall, so make sure to bring earplugs (they provide earplugs and a sleep mask, which is great) and you’ll be fine.
