We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay, the hotel is clean, and well maintained. I loved the complimentary items they leave in the bathroom which we needed since it was an unexpected stay we didn't have everything with us. Especially the slippers!! They offer complimentary shuttle to and from JFK airport. We called upon arrival, and the shuttle arrived within 15 mins to pick us up. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended!

The Marriott New York JFK did not disappoint. My room was immaculate, and appeared to be recently updated. The staff was efficient, and after check in they reached out to me by phone to see if I was satisfied with the accommodations, and or if I needed anything. The shuttle to the airport was on time and seamless.
