Absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of soho!! From the lovely and helpful staff to the apartment style lounge to the perfectly appointed room everything was top notch!! I’m a stickler for noise and it was as quiet as could be! The bed and linens were super comfortable and cozy and the bathroom amenities were super deluxe! Felt like a real get away treat!!

High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work.

Absolutely exceptional. The Manner is one of those rare hotels that gets every detail right — beautiful design, incredible atmosphere, impeccable service, and a level of sophistication that feels effortless rather than pretentious. From the moment you walk in, everything feels curated and special. Easily one of my favorite hotel experiences in New York. I cannot wait to come back.

We arrived at the hotel late at night when plans to stay with a family member fell through. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and supportive. They took care of parking our car, got us quickly to our room, even sending up some refreshments. Over the two days we stayed there, we received the warmest and most responsive service we've experienced at a hotel in a long, long time. On top of that, the room was very clean and comfortable and the property was beautiful and excellently located. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to New York!
