We tried to get the wall unit to adjust the temperature - and went to dinner hoping it would improve. However, late at night it was still too warm - so we called reception and a staff member came up and finaly adjusted it. He admitted the system is hard to manage and that people complain about it all the time. Then later that night, the lift jammed for over 40 minutes and my son was trapped inside."
