This well-cared-for 1920's home is located on one of the most coveted streets mentioned in the NYT article, and a visual delight with original arts and crafts detail such as gorgeous wood staircase, bordered wood floors, crown moldings, a decorative fireplace and original doors. In addition to its visual beauty, this home makes great use of interior space with wonderful entertaining spaces on the 1st level with the living room, dining room, and the kitchen, a bathroom on each of the 3 floors (the bathroom on the 2nd floor has a claw foot tub), 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and top floor master suite with a half bath. The house is walkable to the well-known Newburgh waterfront restaurant area ranging from the high-end Blu Pointe to Pizza Shop and Hudson Taco with incredible views. Pizza Shop and Hudson Taco (0.6 miles away) offer delivery service and curbside pickup, and Amazon packages get delivered with no issues. ShopRite (grocery), Target, CVS Pharmacy and Rite Aid Pharmacy typically deliver within a few hours on the same day via Instacart. Mid Valley Wine & Liquor (1.2 miles away) offers curbside pickup. There are wineries, farms, hiking trails, museums, and drive-in movie theaters near the house.
