For those of you looking to enjoy a QUIET Vacation with your family, you have found the right place.

West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From forty-seventh to seventy-fourth, W. Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddleboards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.

The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco. There's nothing you won't find within a few minutes of home.

- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
-Overnight Maximum Occupancy Limit - 12
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, ect.
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.
-This is a 4 bedroom (2) Level Town Home with 1 shared wall.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
-Home has (1) set of stairs inside the home to access all (4) bedrooms, there are no bedrooms on the Ground Level.
- (1) Oversized Garage, Dimensions (81h x 105w Opening, 235L x 136w Inside Dimensions) -Suitable for Mid size SUVs , compact vehicles are recommended.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
