Its location allows easy access to activities such as surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous 'Wedge' where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world. You'll have everything you could want in a southern California beach vacation. Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland and California Adventure Park, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and Spruce Goose are other attractions within a short drive.

The lower-level home has a spacious outdoor patio with a modern, covered barbecue island, accompanied by bar stools: the perfect spot to entertain family and friends on a beautiful sunny day. Ample seating provides room for all guests to enjoy the outdoors.

The two large primary bedrooms have California king beds and ample room for guests to feel at home. The guest room has a twin-over-full bunk along with a twin bed - perfect for families of all sizes. The second guest bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed that is perfect for all ages. The front room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa that adds convenience and space for groups with multiple people. Guests have access to laundry facilities.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house does not have air-conditioning like most in the area.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 30 days of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
