You're within walking distance to everything in the Nye Beach district of Newport. Discover Nye Beach's historic charm, book stores, shops and restaurants. Walk to all of this as well as miles of sandy beach. The renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium and Yaquina Bayfront tourist district are just a short drive away. In downtown Newport you'll find many more shops and restaurants.

All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Great location for a quick trip.
We enjoyed the area the property was located. Quick trip for us but had a good time. One thing to improve- the mattress on the bed in the bedroom could use a new one. One thing owner needs to look into is the freezer didn’t open completely. Good size for 4 and clean.

Fell short
Quality of condo didn’t live up to rental price. We weren’t able to access the internet (thus no tv either) for 2 of the 3 days of our stay. Contact with management didn’t resolve the problem. Closets and dresser drawers were full of linens, blankets, boxes etc. so we had to pile our belongings in chairs and on the floor. Same with kitchen cabinets. Wooden toilet seat was gross. Quality of bedding was cheesy-pilled sheets were torn. Overall felt like we were staying in an inexpensive motel.
