"The staff at the front desk were amazing and very accommodating. They were friendly and helpful attempting to address all of my concerns. The only problem occurred during breakfast. There was only one server for the entire dining area. It was too much for her, and she seemed very frustrated trying to take care of all of us. I asked her for decaffeinated coffee and she told me that it would take about five to ten minutes. It took her more than thirty minutes and she appeared with my coffee as I was preparing to leave. Please get her some help. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Loved my room!"

That said, the washroom facilities fall below modern comfort benchmarks. Upgrades are recommended, including the provision of essential personal care amenities such as shaving kits and improved fixture ergonomics. From a pricing perspective, the current rate of approximately USD 140 for a Queen Room appears misaligned with the existing amenity level and service scope.
