Over all are stay went very well. Last night there was some kind of party going on in one of the rooms by the reception area and it was rather loud, And this morning, my stepdaughter's bathroom Light fixture was dripping water and luckily for us we were leaving. But they were prompt and getting help to fix it. And she said the remote did not work and the phone did not work in her room. But the hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would say there again.

Room was large and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and did seem to be trying. However this hotel is cheaply constructed. Many things coming apart. Missing features where there should be such as hooks or shelves for towels in the bathroom. Our large room was set up for 2 TV's but only one was there. Other glitches such as check in was 3pm and we got there at 4 but we had to wait until 5 to get in our room. After a long drive with kids that did not go over well. Then the next day both our key cards stopped working after coming back from the falls. More time wasted getting that sorted. Also bait and switch on breakfast. No waffle makers. They did have pancakes both days with sausage and scrambled eggs. Toast and cereal and some apples. Nothing else. No yougurt or muffins or other extras we are used to at other hotels. Kids did not eat much. Overall a very average stay. I would look at other options if ever back this way.

The property was clean in and out. Our bathroom need new grout on bath tub. They also need better garbage bags to hold the garage .
