This is our 2nd year at Suites on King and the property is magnificent. Great location, easy checkin and well appointed. The Diana suite has just enough kitchen for snacks, take away meals in the room, but there is a larger option w a full kitchen. We will be returning again for sure. Owner is very responsive and courteous and the space is so lovely. Thank you for our stay!

Location is great! Room was clean and communication with the host was very good. Unfortunately the A/C stopped working early in our stay so it got pretty hot in the room which made it pretty uncomfortable and definitely put a damper on our stay. With the exception of that though, it’s a great property and location.

Great location, easy free parking. Kitchen is well equipped including coffees and teas. Nice deck to sit on. Lots of stairs to get up, which could be an issue for some. Very safe. This is my second stay. I slept on the pull out bed and it was very comfortable.

Awesome location, and parking behind property very convenient. 10 minute walk to Shaw Festival Theatre, 2 minute walk to Queen street restos & shops. Quiet and property manager easy to reach. Room very clean and quaint.

It was great to have a balcony area to sit and enjoy the ability to people watch on King Street. Good size for 2 people, bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. Would definitely try and stay there on our next visit. Always love getting away to Niagara on the Lake!!

Will stay again, as it is incredibly convenient. The Diana Suite was beautiful, clean, and the perfect size for multiple nights. Host was a great communicator, no issues at all. Only thing to note is the suites are up a flight of stairs, no elevator, so not great for those with mobility issues.

The room was perfect. Loved the little extras like the tooth brush and toothpaste because we forgot one and the makeup wipes. Beds was good. Room was clean. A rather large room at that and the balcony was really nice. Would definitely stay again. Maybe a good option would be to have some cream and milk in the fridge for coffee and water not bubbly water in the fridge. I don’t know who drinks bubbly water but it’s not our choice. Highly recommend this room and the location was great. Some really nice personal touches.

Lovely Stay in a Lovely Town
This was our first time back to Niagara-on-the-Lake in a long time and the Diana Suite was a fantastic welcome back. It is located within waking distance of all the theatres and the vibrant downtown. Loved our stay and will return.
