“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”

“staff and room”

“Staff was wonderful!!!! Other than that nothing good to say! Bathroom sink was leaking on the floor…brown water came out of the bathtub faucet…ceiling looked liked it was going to crumble on us…towels looked dirty…side of mattress was dirty….stains on the sheets…and almost fell getting in the shower because the tub was so slippery….definitely won’t be picking a Wyndham Hotel again! Luckily we just needed to make it through the night and left early in the morning!!!!”

“My room was clean, but the hallways were terrible. The wifi didn't work and the room was half the size they showed.”

“I always choose Days Inn when I visit home because it’s affordable and just know you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean but the bedding could be upgraded because my pillow cases had some stains on it like oil stains or something. Their breakfast is horrible, my bf said only the waffles are alright. They’ve took the irons and iron boards out the rooms so you have to go ask them for it at the desk. Overall it’s a place to sleep so you get what you pay for”

“The staff was nice, thats where the good ends. The hotel allows pets and smoking which is fine but they do not have defined areas for pets and all the towels and sheets smell like smoke. We had two barking dogs next to our room and it was very annoying all morning. And I'm not too keen on staying in a room someone just had their cat or dog in, people have allergies so the rooms should have options for Pet Only and No Pets allowed. The bathroom was falling apart, literally. The walls were……

“We have stayed there twice while passing through. It is close to the interstate and convenient. Very clean and nice for a good price. Recommend!”

“Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that……
