"A fabulous place to stay. The desk clerk put us on the top floor, which gave us a great view of San Francisco and the water. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Parking is valet-only (80 bucks) unless you want to find your own parking, but it was worth it just to avoid the hassle of driving around in a strange city looking for parking."

"The lift is perpetually down. If not it does not work normally. I have experienced it stopping on every floor as well as taking the cargo lift from the back door!"

"The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. A special thank you to Oscar at the lobby bar. He was always friendly and helpful and quick to fix a great drink. He worked hard to take care of everyone efficiently!!"

"The hotel felt a little older, but was excellently maintained. The staff was outstanding and focused on the guests’ positive experience. We utilized the pool, hot tub, bar including food. We were only here for one night, but would definitely stay again."
