“The property was nice. It’s was clean as well. It was older but still in pretty nice condition. It was really nice for a first getaway with small children. ”

“We arrived late, and the staff was exceptionally helpful! The property is beautiful, clean, spacious and wonderfully close to Seaside and Watercolor. Perfect for our road trip stop, but jealous to not be staying longer with the Lodge! ”

“For the price, I would recommend and stay here again. Our room was clean and had what we needed. Nothing more. This is most definitely a bare minimum hotel. But the convenience of the location, the free bike, kayak and paddle boards…it’s worth it. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. But something for everyone. I think our favorite part was the sandy vintage beach hotel feel. We would take that any day over a fancy overpriced stay. Thanks Surf and Sand! We hope to be back soon ”

“We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.”

“We were on the 10th floor beachfront- view was amazing! Breakfast was good, coffee was good-enjoyed trivia night at the hotel bar. Ate lunch at Fish Heads a couple of times- awesome friendly service! We are in Pensacola Beach at least 4 times a year and this was one of our best trips ever!”

“We had a great stay at this Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The Hotel was spotless and modern with a nice pool and free parking. Free Breakfast was good but not great. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. The public beach is 2 minutes drive across the street from the Hotel with free parking . We will definitely stay here again. ”
