Again fine, but I asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail and I was just told it was because they were trying to everyone. It only takes 10-15 second to leave a voicemail and say they are having power issues and have to cancel the reservation and if there are any questions to call back. Simple and basic customer service. Instead of giving me plenty of time to make other arrangements I’m left with my metaphorical pant down. Please, just leave a voice mail next time. Easy. At times could not even hear TV in room. Breakfast was just as bad and then had fungus on cheese and things picked over and tables full of crap. We actually left early and stayed somewhere else and hotel staff did not even care. Other people staying there were saying same thing. Just poor parenting and terrible hotel management.
