“DO NOT BOOK! Received wrong code to enter apartment then realized the key pad was not working. Dead batteries! We were one of the many guests with this problem. 2.5 hrs later..Property Director showed up, open apartment 319 door just for us to see it wasnt clean and ready for us. Bed only had mattress pad, which was stained and had pet and human hair embedded in it. It obviously hadn't been changed in a VERY long time. Property Director was present and tried calling "Housekeeper", no answer. He……
