"Great location just a few minutes walk from Times Square, beds comfy, no coffee machine and was told we could get hot water from a room near reception but could only warm up using a microwave.. so had to buy coffee each morning, a kettle in that area would have been good, also no coffee/tea/milk/sugar etc even if there was the facility to make one.. staff helpful on tourist advice."

"We had a very nice stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially appreciated the extra security measures, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was also fantastic—being right beside Grand Central Station made getting around New York incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"OYO is right at Times Square, so expect noise from the streets. Come for the convenient location, and clean rooms. There isn’t anywhere you can sit down to work on your laptop, and the TV isn’t smart, doesn’t have local channels or a way to connect to the tv. (The HDMI ports are on the back and you can’t pull tv outward). I liked the evening/overnight concierge staff. A more seasoned individual, and sassy."
