“Excellent breakfast option for eggs or tasty fresh yogurt. One day out of four they strangely neglected to clean the room, even with a door sign requesting service, but the night front desk person took it upon herself to do so when we noted the problem after returning around dinner time. She’s a gem. Showers were excellent. Rooms were reasonably sized too. Request a third floor if you don’t like the sound of people above your room walking around as the hardwood floors amplify this. “Clean, beautiful room with a vintage feel. Great staff, very attentive. If you have a show to go to they offer a car service to take you there. It’s a 5 minute walk to the theater though so that was nice. Tandem bakery is right next door. You have to get coffee and pastries. Make sure to get a loaded biscuit. ”

We felt welcomed the moment we arrived, enjoyed the sunrise from the huge windows overlooking the water, and the delicious continental breakfast. The location overlooks a lovely beach and walking path and we enjoyed the serenity and delicious dining in South Portland as well as the convenience to Old Port. “We took my granddaughter to utilize the pool on her school vacation week. Pool was.great, breakfast was awesome and I liked the later (11:00 AM) checkout so she was able to swim again in the morning. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was top notch. Only thing I was concerned with was the metal door stop on the floor in the bathroom right in front of the tub. When placing the towel on the floor, just be careful when stepping out of the tub, so you don't hurt yourself. 5 stars 🌟”

“I think the breakfast could open earlier like 6 I thin the charge for parking for guests is a ripoff. I understand it is near a stadium but as a business person travelin was a first to be charged by the day to pay to stay at the hotel is not right. They would agree otherwise it would be on front page of Expedia add not bidders Sham on you winding ”
