“Staff were accommodating!”

“The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed.”

“The floor was nasty, felt damp. Used a white washcloth to wipe over floor and showed to reception person at checkout. Asked about a possible partial or full refund, was told it would take a manager's approval. Went nowhere from there. Would not recommend!”

“One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.”

“I didn’t really like the moving between apartments while on vacation. Management was very helpful and responded quickly. However, it was an inconvenience while on vacation and the money you spent to be impeded on while being on vacation. Otherwise, the second property was nice, but the shade chain was broken. I would recommend this property and location to others.”

“Most of the stay was fine, but there were a few hiccups. I checked in before 4 and was told that I would get a text message once my room was ready. I asked the receptionist if I would get a message despite booking through a third-party app. She said yes. 4 came around. No text. 4:10 came. No text. 4:20 came. No text. So finally I went up to the receptionist and asked if my room was ready. She gave me my room number without acknowledging that I got my room late. I never got the text message……

“Room was dirty damp and smelly. The efficiency kitchen was disgusting, a total joke! Arrived at midnight so no choice but to spend the night! We talked to the staff at the front desk first thing in the morning and was promised a full refund which we never received. Contacted Expedia upon returning home and refund was denied because the room key was left in the room. We were only there for 6 hrs paid $936!! Terrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“Location on the beach. Room was dated but clean. Checking in was ok. Hotel was loud, room next to ice machine. Kids and people yelling in hallways. Would not recommend or stay again.”
