“The hotel staff and host were very friendly. The rooms were clean. The hotel is close to a lot of shops and the beach. ”

“Room was generally fine, but tv had small blank spots on the screen. The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am. Very inconsiderate! Pretty much ruined my night’s sleep. ”

“When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. ”

“Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. ”

“Upon arriving at the property, the lobby was closed. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to arrive and assist me. The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room.……
