“The location was great for the price with a nice view and easy access to the beach. However, the property was not maintained well. The outside of the building was very off-putting upon arrival. The elevator was incredibly hot, slow, and noisy. The inside of the room had very visible damage on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom door had no lock and a huge gap when you shut it all the way. The closet door had to be forced open and kept getting caught on another cabinet door that wouldn't close……

“This place is super clean! Everybody on the staff seemed to care about the property. Can’t get better beach access. We will return! ”

“Bathroom was dirty. It had a strange smell. The toilet only flushed once in a blue moon (it would take hours to fill up) and the person at the front desk just said “you have to wiggle the handle”. Which did not work. We would just end up waiting for it to eventually fill. Breakfast was also nasty. Luckily for us it was just one night. If I had To stay longer I would have took my L and found a different place to stay.”

“We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that……
