This single-family home boasts a lovely open concept main living area, which connects well to a sizable private rear yard perfect for entertaining. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths you and your guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kitchen includes 42” solid wood cabinetry, stainless appliances with a gas stove and a large island with breakfast bar. In the living room you will find a gas fireplace, beautiful built-ins, and custom plantation shutters. Exit the rear of the home and enjoy a screened porch for those summer night crab feasts! Conveniently located on the first floor are two primary suites with ensuite bathrooms. Ascend to the second floor and you’ll find three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and an open landing overlooking the main living space. Throughout the home are many large windows with custom window treatments and cathedral ceilings providing airy open spaces with plenty of natural light. Back outside 30 Sycamore, you will find mature landscaping, an outdoor shower, and a zoned irrigation system. A short stroll through the community will surprise you at every corner, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and a twenty-seven-hole Championship Golf Course. Enjoy lunch at the Clubhouse then hop on the private shuttle bus to go shopping in downtown Bethany Beach or for a swim in the ocean, no need to get in your car or worry about parking! In addition to all of the amenities Bear Trap offers both internet and cable are included in the monthly HOA! Bear Trap truly allows you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and live the resort life. 30 Sycamore Street can be a wonderful full-time residence, a summer getaway or a great rental investment, the choice is yours!
