"Took my 17yr old daughter for out last adolescent spring break trip. She loved the hotel. It’s NYC so we didn’t expect a huge room. Yet ours was perfect and intimate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and professional. I would just say the communication on the location of all amenities wasn’t very clear. It was like a scavenger hunt. One restaurant turned into two hosting dinner and brunch. "

"The 2nd floor was extremely noisy because of the bar below. Extremely loud music till 1-2AM. The hotel did not remediate how bad our experience was."

"Very nice new Hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. They need to provide security escorts to the Air Train in the off hours."

"no drinking cup in the room, they give you a bottle of water to refill but the water cooler was empty and or operated at a trickle. Long line in mornings to pay for a coffee or breakfast. Staff was too "cool" to be helpful."

"If you're planning on taking public transportation from the airport or around town - this location could not be better. Being connected to GCS made getting around so easy! The hotel itself is fine. They let us check into our room at 9:30am without any issue. The bathroom had a mildew-y smell and the hot water wasw luke at best, but overall ok. The beds were comfortable. And the hotel was pretty quiet. I would stay here again."

"One night stay. Was nice room comfy bed. Beautiful bathroom. They held our luggage after we checked out so we could enjoy the St Patricks Day parade. Great trip"

"Not worth the money (the most expensive night was a Tuesday for USD $398+ taxes and some city fee for bikes that we would never use) Very small rooms, no tea or coffee amenities in the room, and the grab-and-go opens at 7 am and only serves coffee and herbal tea. Ended up walking to the Dunkin' Donuts at 5 am (due to jet lag) to get tea each morning. Rooftop was great but wasn't open for a drink even after being informed it was each day from 4pm at check-in."
