“The property is not fully open post hurricane. Many of the amenities are not available, which was not disclosed. For example, the family side is not available which means certain amenities which are located on the family side is also not available. They are still recovering. However, the staff, the food and the entertainment was unmatched. They did their best they could to accommodate for the circumstances.”

“This hotel is located in downtown Ocho Rios, what it lacks in location it makes up for in cleanliness , beautiful architecture inside and excellent staff. Everyone tried to make sure we had a good stay. The staff was polite friendly and helpful. Great for the price, will return.”

“I loved this property, breakfast and bar staff was great. I came in a bit early but check in was smooth. Very close to the beach. I stayed one night with my husband and my toddler. My toddler enjoyed the swing, the fish, the views and he loved the peacock. My partner and I enjoyed the outside seating and the garden. Btw for a small hotel I loved the amenities and the complimentary drinks.”

“If I could give this “whatever this is” a negative-star rating I’d obliged.
1. Terrible Customer Service. Front desk clerk lacks professionalism and courtesy, they forget people are paying for a service and experience not your baggage from home.
2. You pay a hefty some for a wedding at the venue and they can’t accommodate a late check out, I had to get an Airbnb nearby for my wife to get ready for our wedding.
3. We decided to get their Breakfast, they up-charge fried dumpling when you want a……
