“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Staff was outstanding and the room was great. Would highly recommend staying there and will again. ”

“The room was very clean, but the furniture and fabrics were dated. The A/C was undependable; at times we were appreciating the thick quilted cover, and at other times we were cooking!”

“Good stuff - it's well located near downtown, also near a public park good for walking, clean rooms Bad - the rooms near hwy 60 side are noisy, the breakfast was nothing special.”

“We arrived…the bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet seat had bodily fluids on it, dirty in the bowl.”

“Very clean hotel! Staff was friendly and engaging. Breakfast looked good but, I didn't eat there. My only small complaint was the hairdryer in my room wouldn't stay on while using it. Kind of hard to dry my hair with one hand holding the on button.”
