“we needed a bathmat when we checked, and it wasn’t that clean and every dish we needed to use had to be re-washed. The rule is that you wash the dishes no one did it before us. There were little Nats everywhere all over the bathroom and there’s no type of railing to help you get into that tall tub when you’re 5 foot five that’s hard to do. We tried to contact the people that run at Rockaway Reynolds and they never got in touch with us. We contact the Vrbo we contacted Expedia. They got in……

“The property is exactly what it shows but pictures don’t do it justice, it is so serene and absolutely beautiful. The host was attentive and kind. My sister told me to stay here (she’s a neighbor) and honestly so happy she sent me this link. I will be staying here every time my family and I are in town. The check-in process was seamless and the hot tub was chefs kiss, icing on top of the cake. The sheets were so clean and the bed so comfy. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”

“It was a very pretty and relaxing setting. It would have been nice if there had been a bathroom in the loft but other than that it was great.”

“Quiet and cozy. Short walk to go fish.”

“This was a perfect space and distance for my needs! The placement and space were amazing and easily central to Springfield and the surounding areas. My favorite spot was the tree swing!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Cool little house. ”

“This is the cutest Cabin. It was perfect for our get-a-way. And The Host, Samantha is the sweetest person. We really did enjoy our visit.”

“This was a really cute little place. My son and I thought it was a unique stop on our road trip. My only little thing is that I wish they would have had a curtain for the shower. I am sure it's meant more for couples and I'd still recommend!”

“Great location close to the lake. Dogs loved walking to park. 70’s through back Needs a few updates but great for weekend stay.”

“Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. There was no address listed anywhere on any information given to us for property location. The check in information listed a phone number which when called said it was a management company which no longer manages this address. Upon arrival there was no parking. Upon arrival we got an email which said the Wi-Fi was down and they would not have it fixed for our 2 day stay. The tv runs on internet. We asked to be changed to another unit and no……

“This was a great place for us to finish our trip to Branson and Payne’s Valley. House was like new. One thing you need to know is you can’t drive up to the tree house. You park below and walk up a very nice wood walkway. If your handicap this could be challenging. ”
