“The bathtub is full of dirt, the drain is clogged, the room facilities are outdated, and it is the dirtiest No. 6 motel I have ever stayed in”

“I checked into this hotel last night and was bitten by bedbugs. I reported it to the front desk this morning and left photos of the evidence, the dead bedbugs, and a message for the manager. My skin is still red, swollen, and itchy. The hotel has yet to offer any explanation.”

“Someone's leftover food was still in the refrigerator in my room. The room was small in the property definitely needed some love. I would not hang out outside of this hotel at night, it definitely have the feeling of a crack motel. Even in the office they had multiple signs up about the costs for replacing a room key card and charged me $50 for incidentals that they then refunded me only if I brought back in the exact receipt from where they charged me the $50 when I return the key card. Felt……

“All I can say is I wasted my money. I wasn’t even able to stay in the room. When I walked in, I was overwhelmed by a very musty, smoky odor in a non-smoking room. The bed linens were old and dingy, the sofa had multiple wet stains on it, and some of the towels in the bathroom look like they had already been used. I absolutely was terrified to stay there would not recommend. ”
