“The room did not have a clean welcoming vibe. The room needs a complete renovation.its old snd lacked amenities that are normal in a room. No shampoo, no body wash, no iron or ironing board. The tv did not work , noisy ice machine, top floor I was I. Bottom Room 101, could hear every step taken in room. Telephone not working. The sink had. An old fashioned rubber stopper , you could see all the way down the sinkhole drain. The electric plug was broken in half… one queen size bed was broken, it……

For the management, I hope you look very carefully at who you hire and make sure they have good customer service. The only person that I can say that actually helped us with a very good customer service was the light skinned African American women who checked me in and I appreciate her professionalism and well customer support. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast was absolutely rude……
