Excellent Vacation Getaway

The property was very clean well equipped for our family vacation. Plenty of room for 2 teens, 5 adults and 1 baby. Very great communication with the host and the property manager to address all our questions before and during our stay!

Great resort and home

We had an excellent vacation and really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Our property and home well excellent and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The resort was excellent and pool area was fantastic. A great spot for kids and families. I would highly recommend this host.

Nice house

Love the house and its owner. Owners very helpful. Not crazy about all the extra resorts fees, because there was only 3 days out of 7 that we were there to enjoy them. Nice lazy river.

Excellent host and communication. One of the cleaner units we have stayed in.

Stayed here for a trip to theme parks. Traffic to and from was ridiculous but this property and pool area were just what we hoped for. Highly recommend.

Great location for family vacation!

We were visiting Orlando for my grandson's birthday. The place was very clean with lots of extra family associated amenities. Will definitely stay again in the future!!!

Fantastic property and highly recommend.

Fantastic property and resort. Easy to find and very close to all the Disney parks. The property is spacious (we’re a family of 5 with 3 kids), vey clean and equipped with everything you’ll need. Pool and bar area are great for relaxing. The owner is also very responsive to questions and provides lots of useful information on the resorts and local directions. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Great accommodations, close to Disney

The accommodations were great, easy access to local parks. Pool area was great with a slide, lazy river, hot tub and cool pool. Owner Ria was very communicative and we didn’t have any issues while staying at the property. Kitchen had everything you need and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available in the unit. Aldi and Publix as well as Dollar Tree are close by. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Location

Lots of fun things to do from this location. It's close to the Disney Theme Parks and shopping. The resort is amazing, with its lazy river, pool and slide. There is lots of things to do at the resort. Accommodations were top notch and the house was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation.

Look no further for staying in Orlando!

Amazing place to stay! The owner is very responsive and provides detailed info on how to enjoy your stay. We did have one issue pop up that was taken care of very quickly with very fast follow up. Book confidently here! Close to theme parks and restaurants. Pool and amenities are amazing! Gives you a break from going to the parks. Very clean and roomy for the entire family!

Excellent Experience!

I appreciated the communication from Ria, the owner, prior to our arrival. She offered helpful information and promptly responded to a couple questions I sent. While there, we reached out to the property manager and she responded in a very timely manner. The home was clean and fresh and felt very safe. We enjoyed the resort amenities as well. We were definitely happy with our experience here!

Excellent Rental Property

My son's baseball team travels to Florida every summer for a tournament. This year the team's families all booked houses at Regal Palms. The house and resort were perfect for our stay. The house was clean and in great condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals (better than all VRBO properties we have rented). The pool area is a short walk from the house and was perfect for the team to relax between games. Security inside the resort community seemed good and we felt safe, but the area outside the resort a few blocks away seemed a bit sketchy after dark. There is a supermarket and multiple restaurants close to the resort. We enjoyed our visit and would rent this property again.

Fantastic stay in great location with fun amenities!

Loved this place! Excellent location and exactly as described. Townhouse was in great shape and clean. Ria was a pleasure to work with and we truly appreciated her quick and easy communication style. Property manager was also quick to reply and very helpful when messaged. We stayed 4 nights. Easy travels to Legoland and SeaWorld as the resort is located under an hour away from both. Only issue we had was at check in as the code we were given was set to activate at a certain time but our flight was delayed traveling in so missed the window that was set for us. We had to wait a bit upon arrival to be able to enter the unit until they reset the code for us. We traveled with kids under 7 so this was stressful (more so bc we were all tired from the travel) but once we were past it it was a truly flawless experience. Thank you to Ria and team for a truly lovely stay!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

We loved our stay at Ria’s place! She was so kind, generous, and a great communicator! The house was much bigger than it looks in the pictures! We had more than enough room for our family of 6 and could have easily fit another family. The resort area, pools, water slide, lazy river, both indoor and outdoor playgrounds were amazing! Again, the pictures don’t do it justice. Our children loved having tons of other children to play with while we were there. The only hiccup we had was not knowing where to initially check in at. We went straight to the gate and the guard wasn’t on duty so we didn’t know how to get in to the property and it was late into the night. Just make sure you go to the front office to get your gate key first. Other than that everything was seamless! We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for family

We really enjoyed our stay. The mini resort has lots of amenities that are included. Just a couple items that could have been improved on. The resorts arcade had about half of the machines working and games are really over priced. The listing didn’t mention that they would only provide you with "starter" items for your stay. A few days into our 10 nights we had to buy toilet paper and dish detergent. When I asked about more dish detergent was told they only give you a couple courtesy pods to start off with. It seems that supplying more in line with the number of days a person has paid for would be fair. Not a huge deal cost wise, but was an inconvenience to have to run to grocery again for something that would think they'd want you to keep things clean in home. Master bedroom beds were comfortable, but the two twin rooms with the 4 twins were not. Our kid didn’t complain, but one adult guest that stayed in one of the twin rooms was very uncomfortable. So if kids using those rooms you'll probably be fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Little Piece of Paradise

The whole family loved this property. My two kids loved their rooms and the resort pool with the lazy river. It was clean and relaxing. Every morning we were able to sit on the back porch and enjoy our coffee. Checkin was a little rough, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The owner of the unit was so nice and accommodating before we even got there. Answered any questions we had in a timely matter. Definitely a 11/10 in my book!
