“Great place ”

“The room was mediocre. It did seem fairly clean but glad I was only staying one night. There was loud partying in the parking lot but once I turned the air on I couldn’t really hear them. The trouble started the next morning when I tried to shower. The shower wouldn’t turn on but just a trickle. I tried everything and nothing worked. I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I had to go ahead and try to get ready as I was in town for a work event. I was able to get a little……

“We have found Red Roof Inns to be reliably clean, safe, and comfortable hotels. We were disappointed with this property. It had ratings of 8.4 out of ten so we expected it to be above average. The staff was couorteous and helpful. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The roll-in shower was great. The staff was also apologetic. We arrived before peak season and were told that the location would be repairing broken items. Several much needed repairs were obvious. The room HVAC units were missing……
