“Easy parking. Friendly staff. Room was clean. We stayed on the lower level and had a patio door where we could sit out and watch the river. ”

“Requested in room coffee so didn’t have to go downstairs to other end of the hotel first thing to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very accommodating. They brought up a small coffee machine and two packets each of regular and decaf coffee. However, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room until after I showered, so I had to go to the front desk since there are no in room phones and my text was not responded to. The hairdryers are kept in a small cabinet across from the……

“There was dirty Kleenex in the sheets and the comforter was stained. The hot tub was broken. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We were put in a wheelchair accessible room with an adjoining room unnecessarily - there was only one spot to put luggage for three people. We were supposed to be in a double queen and pullout couch room. They put us in the farthest spot from the front of the hotel and hollered at us to bring the roller cart back. Other than checking us……
