“The property was clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. The only downside was that the pool was not well kept and could use a deep clean.”

“The property was close to all the shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach . It was updated and clean . We asked for new beach chairs because the ones there were broken and they came immediately. very accommodating ”

“We stayed in this house. Upon arrival on a Sunday the garbage cans were overflowing and stunk to the high heavens. I called on Monday about the mosquitos that were in the kitchen and bedrooms. The person told me they would call me back and let me know if somebody was going to come out. On Wednesday I called again and left message about all of the mosquitoes that were coming in through the windows. No one ever called me back either time. I am super upset that we paid our hard earned money and……

“Although the condo itself was very nice and the owner was responsive and pleasant and takes pride in her unit, the condo complex has seen better days. The pool was nice and clean but the other buildings/grounds were in disrepair and seemed a little sketchy. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which we didn't mind. Beaches were fabulous. Love Sarasota and Siesta Key, just wish the condo complex would put some money and time into the buildings and grounds.”
