Just needs a little TLC
Both bathroom toilet roll holders fell off, needing an allen key to tighten them onto the holding bracket. two kitchen cupboard doors were hanging down mostly on just one bracket, needing adjustment. Some pieces of decorative tile floor moulding missing at tub, some plaster dent repairs/touch-up painting required. Insides of some cupboards needed crumbs cleaned from bottoms, some food? stains on kitchen storage door. Beds were were maintained, clean and comfortable. For anyone with mobility issues, the Listing should have mentioned it's a second story unit with stairs to climb.

Pleasant stay
Overall it was a very pleasant and cozy stay. Location was great and it looked exactly like the listing. I wish it was a bit more clean and more cooking utensils but overall a good stay. I would recommend this to others.

Great place, just as the pictures show. Would recommend. Perfect for 3-4 people. Nice to have the two bathrooms, one on each level. We forgot there was a pool. But it looked great and many were using it when we were there.

Stay at the ski hill
My partner and I spent a two night stay at the Northcreek condos. The unit we stayed in was spacious, beautifly decorated and the most important part clean!! Lots of extra towels and pillows. Bed was firm but comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the dishes, cutlery appliances you would need for a two night or week stay. Conveniently located at the bottom of the ski hill and hiking trails, about a 20 minute walk to the village but res came with a shuttle pass (didn't use it but handy) Highly recommended.

Our stay at Vacasa
Overall, It was a good place to stay… the apartment was good enough for 3 adults and 2 kids. The amenities were fine. Pool and tennis courts very well-kept. However, the laundry room (inside and outside), there are smudges on the windows, cobwebs and stuck water outside de door.

Low cost alternative to the villiage
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The place is as advertised in the pictures. It is a bit outdated and worn but we arrived to a clean condo that was perfect for our needs. The electric fireplace could be updated. It was loud and didn’t put out any heat we were able to prepare all our meals with the provided pots and pans. The island is big enough for 2 to comfortably eat at but would be tight with more people. All in all I think we’d be happy to come back for another stay

Overall satisfied
Asside from the property looking a bit worn it’s a nice place. The location is great. It definitely needs a new couch and the towels could better. It worked for us and we would consider it for future trips.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
The Good - unit is cute, cozy and unit 211 is convenient to pool, tennis courts, guests laundry etc…. Parking was easy. The scenery was beautiful and you have quick access to local attractions like Blue Mountain, Scenic Caves, hiking trails. The resort pool is pristine clean, and I was impressed by the staff who work the pool area, monitoring people entering and testing water etc…. The restaurant on site is amazing!! Definitely go there! The Bad - the location of unit is right above where all the cleaning staff come to get supplies and linens get dropped off, so daily in the morning they are gathering, smoking and getting ready to work, so your balcony looks onto that daily. The unit has only basic supplies and equipment. As with most rental units, frying pans are so scratched and pans bent etc…. People are hard on it, so I get it, it’s hard to have nice things. But unit has what you need. The unit has a lot of dings and paint scratches, baseboards and walls, it needs some freshening up. When we arrived fridge temperature was so low, I thought it wasn’t working it took to the next day to really get cool. Also, breaker was turned off, so no hot water till we discovered that and switched it back on. Things like these, when in summer, and rentals are back to back, really don’t need to be turned off? Also, towels were lacking - for any stay longer then a few days, expect to be doing laundry. Also no kitchen towels to dry dishes etc….. so bring your own. Especially for pool. The Ugly - the cleaning of the unit was surface cleaning only. Basic at best. There is so much dust on the popcorn ceiling, it was disgusting! In the AC unit (which is very loud) there is so much dust, it needs a good cleaning. The lower shelves of coffee/side tables hadn’t been dusted in weeks - so I did that. The floors looked clean, but our socks were filthy after walking around, and hair everywhere in the bathroom. Why didn’t I call anyone? Why bother, have them come out, again, be all mad and do who knows what that time? No thanks, just cleaned it myself. But the ceiling and AC needs attention. The king bed is so uncomfortable and the frame squeaks so loudly, with every movement, I think the frame is broken. Queen is okay. The couch is a monster - it literally sucks you into it and won’t let go - it is so old and used, the cushions are flat and offers no support - I can not imagine what the pull out is like!!! Horrible! Nice area, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location
The property was close to Blue Mountain Village, the beach, scenic caves and Collingwood. The unit had everything from coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils, hairdryer, remember to bring own beach towels. Pullout couch nit comfortable and needed more bedding. The process was very easy, but I wish I had more info as to what would be in unit beforehand. The property overall was clean, but at closer look it's in dire need of maintenance, even fixing. The unit could have used a deep clean, as well. The heat/air units were disgustingly dirty and dusty, the popcorn ceiling was covered in dust particles, the drains were clogged with so much hair it wasn't draining. I pulled some out, but stopped when I hit gobs of mucous and started gagging. Aside, from it not meeting my clean standards, it was very comfortable and cozy.

Okay place for a short stay
The property managers are great and. Very responsive. The shower is quite good too. The condo itself could use some updating and refresh, the couch and mattresses are quite uncomfortable and it needs a deep cleaning and paint. also note that the location is right by the gathering point for the maintenance team so they collect there several times a day.
