“There was no was to heat water for tea or coffee. The "complementary breakfast" was in the office: coffee and a granola bar. The evening I arrived the rug by the bed was wet. The place was clean but not in any way welcoming.”

“It was a wonderful stay plan on going back to stay a little longer it was our first time down in Long Island and the area was beautiful serene. All of us who stood there for a bridal shower that we were attending 5 minutes away agreed on the same it was a lovely place and a wonderful experience that. Definitely planning another trip. As for the hotel I plan on staying at Hampton Inn Suites if they're available wherever we go away”

“TV is too old”

“Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. ”
