“I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, about a 30‑minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the sea view from the room is wonderful — perfect for a quiet getaway. Breakfast was decent, though the variety was somewhat limited. When checking in, the hotel required a cash deposit and wouldn’t accept a credit card at first, which was inconvenient. After I explained I……

“me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant……

“On the last night of my stay, the water from the tap was all brown and black when I took a shower. I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms……

“We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again.”

“ I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and poorly maintained, which did not justify the high price of 6,000 HKD per night. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the mornings that made it difficult to sleep and rest properly. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. “The staff were so rude. The manager had a staff member keep asking me when was I going to check out and I checked out at 8 am. It was very unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable.”
