“Initially, exact location of property was a secret. This made it difficult to inform family of itinerary. Check-n process was a little unclear. There were no instruction sheets on how to run theTV and there was no information as to amenities such as the laundry. Refrigerator did not appear to be functioning properly as food seemed warm even though temperature was cranked to lowest setting. It did start cooling the final day. The alarm on the dishwasher was beeping but there was no information on...
