“This property is very tired and in need a full refurbishment. The rooms are small, and the bed (sold as a double), is 3/4 double at best. Positives, great location in relation to Enfield town and train station, the key code entry worked well, with the information / instruction sent in advanced and was well communicated.”

I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’ I waited for assistance and no one showed up We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled……

“In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For……

“Me alojé dos noches. Y durante el día entró alguien en la habitación imagino que para hacer la habitación. Sin arreglar la habitación mi sorpresa cuando llegue que me faltaba el cargador doble del celular. Reclamé a la responsable y sigo sin contestación. ”
