“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing. One of the reasons I booked this property instead of an Airbnb was the expectation of basic hotel amenities and comfort. Unfortunately, the hotel advertised having a bar and restaurant, but neither was actually available during my stay. This felt misleading from the start. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. On the day I checked in, I was told the AC was not working throughout the hotel and……

Great communication but only received once room had been cleaned and was ready earlier than check in. Although it was classed as deluxe studio it lacked in nice bedding. Only 2 rubbish pillows for 2 people. No more extras one. My pillow was very lumping and uncomfortable. Apart from that the studio was lovely. Good presentation. Nice lighting. Shame towel heater didn’t switch off as……

“In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For……

“I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. “This is a typical mid price range London Hotel, it has a comfortable bed, a very small room. One Chair, a mini pulldown desk. they provide a bottle of water, but no glasses, no small Bath, Hair & Conditioner containers... it does have a bottle of unknown type soap, a shower that floods into the bedroom, and a mini sink... If I were anywhere but London I would have considered this a Hostel Room... Also my room had no window, just a fake door with a light behind it. On the Good Side the……
