"This home and property is beautiful! We loved listening to the sounds of the creek while sitting at the fire. The hosts were available via text and nearby if we needed anything. The property is located in a cute little town and near the Minnewaska SP, Wallkill, Hudson and local wineries and orchards."

"I booked this home for my framing crew coming from out of town. The booking, check in process was always smooth. Sara was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, and Sara offered fresh eggs and coffee for breakfast starters. It’s a great place to unplug from today’s world. Nestled against a mountain overlooking a brook in a quaint countryside."

The induction stovetop ended up breaking as we were attempting to cook, but the host generously gave us a discount to subsidize us going out for dinner instead of cooking the food we had brought. "We had a very nice stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning and the ambience and quiet were just what we were looking for. The outdoor sitting area overlooking the view was outstanding. We had some issues with the lights not working in the main bedroom, trouble using the shower in the main bedroom and that the pool is only heated with additional payment. "one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"The Blue Hills Lodge was much more than a place to stay for a few days. They had there own Post Office, Beauty Salon, Museum, Restaurant, Event Center, Live Entertainment, Microbrewery (Russian Mule Brewery), Beer Tasting, wonderful grounds, could I add more. I met the owner and staff. Everyone treated me and my small 9 pound dog as a cherish member of the family. rather then a stranger and a guest. It really felt like a home with special extras. The only thing that it lacked was a microwave. This was more that a 5 star place of lodging. Thank you so very must to the staff of the Blue Hills Lodge and the Russian Mule Brewery."
