"I came up to Prescott to escape the Phoenix congestion and this was just what I needed. This cute little condo is immaculate. Very nicely decorated and everything I needed for a week long stay. It is close to downtown and to several hiking trails. The exterior is nothing fancy but that isnt a deal breaker for me. The inside is very comfy and clean. I will definitely be coming back for my next Prescott getaway."

"Condo was as described and was great for 3 adults and a dog. had everything we needed for this trip and is indeed a 10 minute walk to whiskey row which is nice to not drive. The yard is secure and there is a dog door if you are bringing your pal. A little hard to find at first because google doesn’t have the address correct, ensure you talk with Roger about it first. Check in is done by the neighbor, Bob who is a real nice guy. We arrived late and is was no issue."
