"I had to move to 3 different rooms when I checked in. One the AC did not work, the second one the phone did not work. The breakfast was sub-par. The rooms and hall were boring in dreary neutrals and black. The desk was too high to do meaningful work for a short person."

"The hotel was recommended to us from a couple of friends. The out door area was very nice, with a live band. They did offer free coffee in the room, though no other breakfast items in the lobby. The old elevator was pretty cool, but it was hard to find someone to man it when we wanted to leave. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink and mirror were in the bedroom which was a little inconvenient to use in the middle of the night. All in all, I have to say, it wasn’t worth the cost."

I had a problem with location and type of room and the staff member Dwyane was neither apologetic or helpful in resolving the problem. Not the type of customer service expected with so many other options for accommodations. "

"Fantastic 2-night stay. You walk in and right away appreciate the calmness of the well designed place. Loved the breakfast with local unique foods - a little bit to suits all tastes. Well located for those wanting to explore the area. The new pool addition to the lovely backyard patio overlooking the hills will be a nice asset when completed. Stay was very pleasant and helpful with tips for local visits ."

"So we were excited to stay here based on reviews. Upon check-in we arrived early, but room was ready so they let us check in early. Staff was kind and informative. Room was a little dated, but clean. Sheets were horribly scratchy though and pillows a bit rough (really flat). However, other than that our stay was pretty uneventful until the next morning. Normally rooms have door hangers to do not disturb, this hotel did not. We didnt think much of it and went to bed. I was sick and we had had a rough night. Check out was 11a so we had an alarm set. Then at 830AM we got a pounding banging on the room door.... 'housekeeping'. We yelled multiple times that we were sleeping. They proceeded to scam the card and open the door only to look in and close it back. About the time we got back to sleep, the pounding was back, same thing. This continued about every 45 mins. The 2nd to the last time, I was quite literally in front of my suitcase by the door getting dressed with no top on when they came barging in. This was unacceptable and unreasonable and I would never go back for this reason."
